Payment, Delivery & Terms

In this section you will find all the relevant information about payment, delivery, terms and conditions- including Jen Doyle Designs privacy policy. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to message me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.


All prices are in pounds sterling and I accept most credit/debit cards through PayPal, (Stripe is also available in my online shop) or bank transfer (UK only). 

How do I pay you if I have chosen a payment plan?

If you are in the UK, you have a choice of 2 payment methods- bank transfer or PayPal. If you choose bank transfer, then I will send you the relevant details to complete a payment. My preference for UK order payments is through bank transfer but if you choose PayPal, then I will send you a PayPal invoice with a secure link that will take you straight to PayPal where you can then make your payment with your chosen debit/credit card. Jen Doyle Designs does not gather or store financial details.

If you live outside the UK, then I accept payment through PayPal. Once we have agreed on the details of your order, I will then send you a PayPal invoice with a secure link that will take you straight to PayPal where you can then make your payment with your chosen debit/credit card.

Payment Terms 

This section refers to bespoke orders, or made to order items on a payment plan.

Once we have agreed the details of your order, I ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total amount to be paid. Once this has been received and cleared, I will then begin work on your order. This deposit books your order slot, and should you decide to cancel your order at any time, it also helps to cover the cost of my time, samples sent through the post to you if required as part of your order, and materials such as wire- which cannot be reused once woven.

I have made every effort to represent my artisan handmade accessories as accurately as possible. However, Jen Doyle Designs cannot be held responsible for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of the accessories/jewellery due to computer equipment or software used by my customers. 


When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail's special delivery service as standard. I will only dispatch an order once it has been approved by the customer and paid for in full - no exceptions. 

UK P&P Free within the UK

Europe: £8.50

USA & Rest of the World: £10.00 

International Orders

Please note that as the UK has left the EU, all orders outside the UK may be liable to pay customs fees. Jen Doyle Designs is not liable for these fees, or responsible for any issues caused by customs delays. Please check with your local customs office before ordering so you don't have any unexpected costs or delays.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the highly individual nature of bespoke orders, I do not offer returns or refunds on these items.

Returns/Refund Policy for made to order items by Jen Doyle Designs

Every accessory on my website is only posted out when a client is completely satisfied with the end result. Every effort is taken to ensure satisfaction with your handcrafted accessory. If, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item when it arrives to you, please message me within 5 days of receipt of your order and not after the date of your wedding.

You will then receive email confirmation of subsequent return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds may be granted on my online made- to- order designs, up to the value of 50% based on the re-saleability of the accessory in question

Refund Terms

  • If you do not contact me within 7 days of receipt of order, I will not accept a return or issue a refund.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you must use a trackable method of post. Jen Doyle Designs will not be held responsible for any returned items being lost in the post.

  • Any items being returned must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Refunds will not be issued for any items that have been worn or damaged by the customer, or in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.

  • I make every effort to ensure your order is packaged correctly to avoid damage in transit, and that every order is insured by Royal Mail when I send it out to you. I therefore do not offer refunds for any items lost, damaged or delayed by the postal services.

Privacy Policy

The information I collect and how I use it

For me to fulfil your order, you must provide me with information such as your name, postal address and email address. This allows me to provide you with regular updates on the status of your order, and if you choose- to add you to my newsletter email list. This can be revoked by you at any time. 

Your postal address is only used to send your completed order to, and any bead samples if required.

Your personal information is only retained by me for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. Once your order has arrived to you and you have confirmed you're happy with everything, I remove all personal data belonging to you from my database. 

Payment processing is through PayPal (UK and International) or via bank transfer (UK only), and I do not collect or store any financial details.

I take data confidentiality very seriously and I am GDPR compliant. 


All images on this website are either the property of Jen Doyle or if owned by a third party, images are only used in strict accordance with permission granted.  Images cannot be reproduced or used in any way without my permission.
