What is a made to order accessory?

The made to order accessories are handmade pieces that I have already designed -as seen in the collections here on my website, and in my online shop. If you order one of these designs, I will then make it for you.

How does the made to order process work?

There are two ways that you can buy a made to order design from me:

1. Online Store

The first one is that you can buy from my online store, a simple and straightforward process where you will click on the item you want to buy, and then pay for it. Once I receive your order there, I will contact you on the next working day to let you know when your order will be completed and ready for shipping.

2. Contact me 

I also offer a payment plan where you can pay a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your order slot, with the rest payable upon completion (and before shipping) of your order. If you would like to avail of this option, then please contact me here.

How do I pay for my order?

Can I customise a made to order piece?

Absolutely! I can change the colours to suit your personal colour preference, or swap out some of the materials- for example change pearls to crystals or put a design on a haircomb instead of a hairpin etc. There are other small tweaks that can be made to these designs, but please be aware that if you require extra elements to be added to an existing design, there will be a charge for the time and materials needed to add these in.

How long will my order take?

I always advise that if you are in the UK, allow 2 to 6 weeks on a made to order accessory. It can sometimes take less time than this, but it largely depends on my current workload and time of year. Also, if you order around the Christmas/ Holiday period, then it's best to allow extra time in case of postal delays.

If you live outside the UK, please allow 4 to 8 weeks.
